Customer Service Representative

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer calls in a prompt, friendly fashion
• Providing excellent customer service
• Answering customer inquiries
• Research and resolution of customer problems
• Order entry

Fitz Chem Customer Service employees should have:

• High School diploma
• 1-3 years related customer service experience
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Products
• Strong typing skills
• A team player attitude with a willingness to always go the extra step for the customer
