Customer Service Representative

Daily responsibilities will include:

1. Answering customer calls in a prompt, friendly fashion
2. Providing excellent customer service
3. Answering customer inquiries
4. Research and resolution of customer problems
5. Order Entry

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 1-3 years minimum related customer service experience preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Products
• Strong typing/data entry skills
• A team player attitude with a willingness to always go the extra step for the customer
