INSIDE SALES / CALL CENTER MANAGER
Fitz Chem Corporation, a leading Chicago area based specialty chemical distributor, is searching for a innovative, proven inside sales/call center manager to train, motivate and lead our inside sales force to new levels. Our desire is to aggressively capture additional market share by developing a “Best in Class” inside sales department.   As a key member of the sales management team the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth to achieve budget objectives, and fostering an environment that will develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers. 

Key Requirements/Responsibilities Include;

• Confidence, experience and ability to quickly access the company’s current inside sales structure and methods and develop a plan to implement any changes required to dramatically increase the department’s effectiveness.
• Ability to develop key performance metrics to drive and monitor the long-term success of the department.
• Capability to maximize contact rates while improving call quality and conversion rates to maximize the ROI of the inside sales team.
• Talent to coach inside sales team to identify and qualify new prospects and to convert qualified prospects into buying customers.
• Experience in utilizing CRM system as a sales tool.
• Effective planning, organizational and time management skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills in handling and resolving special customer requests.
• Industrial sales experience

Fitz Chem distributes raw materials to the paint, coating, ink, plastic, construction and personal care industries so industrial selling experience is required.
