ARE YOU LOOKING TO EXTEND YOUR TiO2 EFFICIENCY?

IMERYS offers...

Hydrous Kaolin Clays (Hydrite® and Kaopaque®) that are effective in replacing up to 20% of the TiO2 component in water based systems especially those formulated below CPVC.
Calcined Clays (Glomax LL® and PoleStar 400®) which are effective in formulations that are above CPVC but NeoGen 2000® offers the highest extension efficiency.
Calcium carbonates are also effective TiO2 extenders. Atomite Star®, CamelFine® and Camel-Cal® are all effective in many cases for reducing TiO2 by up to 20% while the newer technology products, ImerTiX 100® and ImerTix 70® are especially useful in Solvent and Water based systems respectfully. They can extend TiO2 up to 20% where TiO2 extension is not already practiced and can be used in many higher gloss formulations.
