FITZ CHEM Awarded New Territories by Columbian Chemicals Company

Itasca, Illinois – November 19, 2009:  Fitz Chem Corporation, a leading distributor/sales agent of raw materials to the Coatings, Plastics, Ink, Construction, Adhesives and Personal Care Industries, announced today that Columbian Chemicals Company has expanded their territory to cover the entire mid-section of the United States.  The effective date for the territory expansion is January 1, 2010.  Their new 15 State territory includes the States of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas and Louisiana.

Fitz Chem Corporation was honored by Cognis Corporation – Care Chemicals with the 2008 Silver Performance Award in appreciation for continued partnership and devotion to the success of their company.
